        Although their mobile app is easy to navigate, their website is about 20 years behind the times. Also, unlike every bank I've been to, MACU is unwilling to touch prepaid cards.

        They are going downhill fast. Their website has been broken for over a month with some transfers between accounts not working. Contacting them through the website is missing. Calling takes several minutes to get to someone through their system (you can't just hit 0 to get a real person). Also their app isn't working. They added cloudflare to cause problems.

        DONT use MACU credit card for international travel. They wont let you book international flights through the airlines outside the US. I have to call them EVERY time to bypass my transaction, and its only 1 transaction per day. VERY FRUSTRATING AND ALWFUL EXPERIENCE.

        Terrible, awful, good for nothing. Failed to tell me for a year that I had an extra overdue payment on an account, then lies to me every time I contact them as to why. No flexibility, no interdepartmental communication, and no moral base. I have banked with them for 3 years now, and they used to care about their members. At the start of 2021 they corporatized, and their quality of service is now non-existent. This miscommunication has been destructive during an extremely difficult financial year and I will be changing banks the moment I am able to. Do better.

        Used mountain america Auto insurance services. They set me up with a good deal. They took my credit card info to pay for the first 6 months but failed to tell me that they can't use my card info they gathered because Auto owners only lets to pay by logging onto their website. So I'm thinking i'm covered because they told me I was then next thing I know I find out I have no insurance at all. And now auto owners won't take me and because I was without insurance for over a month my insurance doubles in price. Called and complained by mountain america was unwilling to take any accountability. BEWARE
