Jennifer and her team did an excellent job replacing the worn hardwood floor in my living room. I purchased an old house and the previous owner had redone half the wood flooring but the other half was quite worn. Jennifer was very responsive and seemed very thoughtful in how to best replace my floor and match what had previously been replaced. Other contractors I considered seemed far less thoughtful and attentive to details. She gave great advice and the team was flexible with the problems that come up in really old houses. In the middle of the 100 degree weather of summer '22 we had horrible water damage in our home. Based on reviews I called Elegant Hardwood. Jennifer completely walked us through the whole process of not only replacing the floor and subfloor but helped us determine the damage to the cabinets as well. She is completely organized and dialed in. She found maple wood that matched the kitchen and her team did an excellent job of replacing the wood and redoing all of the floors throughout the house. The new kitchen floor is seamless with the rest of the house. The work, the communication, and professionalism was impeccable.
