I went to City Creek on a mission to find a business casual outfit for a presentation I had to give the next day. After being brushed off and ignored at many stores (due to, I assume looking young and like I likely wouldnt buy anything), it was such a breath of fresh air to walk into J.Jill and be helped by the wonderful Lisa. She was so attentive to my needs, and just had a lovely and bright presence overall. She did a great job managing the needs of customers waiting to check out, trying items on in the dressing room, and even a customer waiting on the phone. This woman is a true gem, I hope she gets a well deserved raise soon!

I love J Jill!!!! Its the only place I buy clothing that I know will fit well, look great and last for years!!!! Ive been a fan for twenty years, and plan on continuing the tradition!!!!

I have always loved J.jill until my experience this past month. I ordered $150.00 worth of clothes on line, shipping said 4-7 business days. I kept checking the progress of my order and it kept becoming lost, I called and I was told it was Fed-exes tracking program and everything was ok. The tracking system finally worked again and hooray my clothes were in Salt Lake...everyday the delivery date changed then the tracking system stopped working AGAIN. Finally after 3 weeks I got an email that it was lost, did I want to reorder, HELL no. I called again (more wasted time) and was told I could get a refund in 72 hours. Funny when you order they take the money out of your account in seconds but find ways to keep your money as long as possible. Today I received yet another email telling me my refund is on the way...another 72 hours without a refund. I feel like this is so dishonest. After years of shopping at J.jill, I don't think I'll go back again.
