UPDATE 1/2022: Vendor did come to fix problems. Factory had made one replacement too large. Technicians did fix other unit where the glass could be reused. Waiting to be rescheduled for other repair. 12/2021: I've been waiting over 1 YEAR (10/2020) for a repair on warranty to 2 large windows where adhesive failed. Inspector from the company knew exactly why the failure happened - due to wrong chemicals used when factory set the glass. Apparently it takes 3 person crew and they can't figure this out in 13 months. Maybe someone will care and take action if I post a review. Claim 24502

Theres a big sign NOW HIRING I applied got a call for an interview, scheduled for a Saturday at 10:00 am , I got there and there was no one to do an interview no phone call answer , it really unfair for them to make people drive 40 min away from home to get there expecting this place to be your next job and them not taking people seriously , just made me waist my time and gas
