What can I say? I have been a home owner for several years and have worked with many different tree services. Scott at Wasatch Ecocare is by far the most knowledgeable and professional individual that has serviced our trees. He is very knowledgeable and even takes time to explain the treatments he is providing. The wife and I will definitely be utilizing his services for years to come. We highly recommend Scott at Wasatch Ecocare.

I called the first time to set up an appointment for him to come look at our trees, he seemed put out that I even called and wouldnt book any further out than 5 days. So when I called him the week-of as instructed to hopefully put us on his schedule he got extremely angry that I was a personal assistant calling for the family I work for. I have NEVER experienced someone so rude before. I explained to him within the past 5 years I have been coordinating everything and never has anyone refused to speak with me because I am a personal assistant. I have no idea why you are putting flyers in the mail if you are not wanting to perform the service you are advertising? This is not the way anyone should be running a business. I shouldve realized the kind of person he was from our first phone interaction, yikes!

Scott is amazing! I contacted Wasatch to come out and look at an ash tree. They were quick in responding to me. Upon arriving they helped with every question I had. Very professional and great work. I was very pleased.
