I hate to give such a poor review because the young man/owner is nice, but the quality of work is poor. When they told me they were done, I still saw dried mud towards the bottom of the exterior car, the tires werent shined (told me his product is bad he guessed), two of the windows had been cleaned with the towel with oil for the seats, so they just looked like smeared oil (I ended up cleaning those today), they didnt vacuum under the seats, and forgot to clean one of the side of the front seats. I pointed it out and this is what it looked like even after getting cleaned (I was able to wipe it off with a wet rag). I have several water spots and streaks and am taking the car to the car wash today. They will clean your car, but the attention to detail, which is what the service is, is lacking. Also oil spots on the interior dash that came clean with a wet rag. We also discussed the price over the phone before he started since his price ranges from $180-$400+ and then added a gas fee in the end. Hopefully with some feedback, he can get up and running. I received a call to confirm my appt and the arrive on time and began set up, ( had to barrow my hose then my extention cord) after that they began cleaning and after they discovered it would be real work they decided not to clean my carpets without an extra $120. So I did them myself. While I thought they were focusing on getting the rest clean. They did an OK job on the plastics and dashboard, but they didn't even do the seats, so I went and got some cleaner and showed them they were filthy and could be easily cleaned. They said they had never heard of degreaser cleaner before and they were packing it up after a totally poor job. They charged me an extra $10 gas fee that's not mentioned on -web webwebsite on thier website. These kids need a lot more Services: Steam cleaning, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing
