Bootleg operation with incompetent, unprofessional team. Reservations are non refundable and they will try to scam you with additional fees and insult you, despite their incompetence.
Booked and paid for a shuttle for 4 adults and 1 infant, Sessel confirmed the price and 3 days later Lily attempted to collect additional fees for the infant. I asked that they honor the pricing and they cancelled my reservation instead. Called to try and pay the difference despite Sessels mistake and Lily hung up on me. Sessel then emailed me and called me a slime ball although the email chain shows that she made a mistake. That was the last straw for me. Found another company, at a better price and they even offered a free car seat for our infant.
Avoid and book elsewhere for better prices and customer service. Truly remarkable how they are in business.
