Sir firstly you aren't a customer of ours and reviews are for customers to leave their experiences. Second of all the employee wasn't intentionally exposing anything and it definitely wasn't the front side of himself like he was showing his as you say private parts. He immediately pulled his pants up as high as they go when you asked him to. He is over 6 and a half feet tall. What exactly is it you expected from him. He has to squat all the way to the ground in order to change a tire. And in honesty sir, all you had to do was turn and look another direction. No one asked you to stare at his Crack. And you didn't have any kids with you as you stated you were at work. So please don't just exaggerate and make up lies to make yourself feel better. He did the absolute best he could to keep them up but we ALL know that overweight people do have an issue with the back side of their pants slightly slipping down if they squat down all the way. It's not like he was walking around trying to sag his pants. You know very well this wasn't intentional and for you to take the time to review a company you didn't even receive services from is pretty low. Think your boss would like you using company money to do things that aren't work related? I doubt it.

As it was explained to you it takes several days for the refund to go thrive. Not sure why you'd give us a 1 star review for your banks issue. O has two mechanics quit on your job so that I apologize for. I've never had such issues. But as I told you before it could take up to 10 business days so waiting those 10 days is only the right thing to do such you haven't done

Sir I don't even recognize your name whatsoever. The only job that we had that took awhile longer than originally quoted was a jump start on an rv but our driver started she sincerely apologized in person for the delay. Not to mention spent well above and beyond what a typical jump start takes to assist that person. She was on scene literally over an hour on that call all because she felt bad that person had to wait due to her phone dying. She even got all of her tools back out a second time after packing up to leave when that customer had their engine turn off. I'm certain that can't be you though since she went well above and beyond in assisting that person. It's not that persons fault the phone died but she sounded like she'd well made up for it between the apology and spending so much time just trying to help. So if that is you then I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience however there absolutely no way to update you when her phone wasn't on and she had to return to the shop to grab a working charger. Again, not your fault but she did literally EVERYTHING humanly possible to keep you updated if this is who you are. If it's not, i'll be glad to speak with you regarding this issue so I can look into why you weren't given the correct info. However I'd need to be able to figure out who you are so I can find out who your driver was. Feel free to call us and ask for the manager and I'd be happy to look into this issue for you as I'm not aware of any other jobs that were even an hour late in the past month.
