Schows does not want your business if you're only leasing one truck and going to try to hold them accountable for the frequent lies and gaslighting... Like an abusive relationship, they're cheap and dirty upfront but it'll cost you in the long run. They cut corners every chance they get, you pay insurance to sit while they 'try' something else. They order trucks without APUs then can't diagnose and repair emissions issues right the first time... I guess that's why section 3 of lease agreement dictates that you leave the truck there 8 business hours every week... The contract is meaningless though, they'll tell you that up front so don't worry about breaching it. They're broke enough to deny repairs at a dealer they were okay sending the vehicle to, so I doubt they have any teeth in their legal department if you decide to empty the truck where ever it breaks down. They're even 'flexible' enough to enable this. Went as far as to speak with the owner's son and he can't really be bothered that his lease manager Wyatt 'The Weasel' David Perciwall will lie to a customer's face then immediately stab them in the back. He at least gets a star for his theater performance of being embarrassed when caught...he's either a genius or has serious issues considering the consequences of his actions. No in between. Idaho and Utah are both single party consent to record states, anyone with a decent lawyer knows this though, most hope it doesn't have to come to that. If you read all of this and still decide it's the place for you, they're down to one tech in the shop and a service manager that sits on his cell phone all day... Cody 'The Coward', the service manager, frequently didn't answer his phone after hours while the truck needed service nor would he answer dealer correspondence from dealers while he's parked at his desk during business hours so you'll be forced to enjoy a couple nights in a hotel if you happen to break down on a weekend, regardless if you manage to end up at a 24 hour shop. Who knew the high turnover of trucks, customers, and technicians strategy was the way to go? Just run it and dump it, they abuse good nature.

Nationalease is the place my son works. Excellent company based out of Idaho. If you're a large OTR enterprise, or just starting out, these fine people will get you, and KEEP you, running smoothly! [Side note.] It's a shame, but it's seemin' the higher ups don't know what they've got with some of their talent... Until it's gone. People everywhere, listen up! Take of yer people...!
