While waiting in line, one of the employees was on a personal phone call, he said he would be with me in a moment I sat there waited patiently for about five minutes. Once he was off the phone call I went to purchase a $78 item. I had $100 bill and he told me that he couldnt give me change. Last I checked, it was still legal tender in the United States . Every other store, I purchased items from in that day, gratefully took my cash. I have a husband and four children. We spent plenty of money at the store. Disappointing that they would not be able to give me change less than $20 and then I had to sit there and wait for him to take care of his personal business while working.

Grace helped me and she was phenomenal! She had a great attitude, she was extremally personable and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Wonderful employee, give her a raise!

Salesperson was helpful in explaining different leggings. Sales products are final sale which is unfortunate

Went in and was greeted by Christopher, and man, he should be the employee of the year for sure! He was so helpful and charismatic from the beginning to the end of my visit to Lululemon. He definitely deserves the next raise that comes up. Thanks, Christopher!
