        I purchased genmerge from this company. They sent me an email with instructions on how to download the software. The link failed. It claims I had downloaded a trial copy in the past and that I must use that copy. I can't find that copy. I emailed them for further instructions, but they have not answered or responded to my email. I called their number but I only get a message that the number is not functional. I could try to mail them a letter, but I feel that would also be futile. Is this company still in business? Why did they accept my money?
