Filevine

Filevine is great data management software that our personal injury firm has been using for a few months. Our firm has been adapting very well and we are excited that this implementation tool will make a positive impact in our firm. While the implementation / migration process took almost a year, initially, we were assigned several consultants. Their lack of commitment and professionalism discouraged us, and we felt that we were simply making the wrong business investment. Once Dan Dutilly was assigned as our lead consultant, it made an enormous difference. Dan was absolutely knowledgeable, patient and supportive throughout this process. He responded quickly to any of our concerns and questions and guided our team to a great launch. Since then, Dan has followed up with our firm to see how we have been doing and addressing minor issues. Dan and his team made a smooth and easy transition process to a great start. We highly recommend Filevine data software to any plaintiff personal injury law firms!

We are a new smaller company. We signed a contract with them and finished everything on our end within maybe a month to a month and a half. We were told for weeks and weeks that we would have a meeting with automations and it kept getting pushed off for one reason or another. When we finally did meet with them we were told that our contract did exactly match up with what we were needing, yet we were perfectly clear with what we were needing from the very beginning. Its been over 7 months waiting for automations to get done and we keep hearing maybe later this week, or beginning of next week. There just always seems to be something that comes up that keeps us from getting into our system. They are great once its complete but getting to that point is very long and drawn out and makes one reconsider if its even worth the wait and hassle. Especially when you have to pay up all these costs and see nothing happening with the investment you've put in.
