Workday - Salt Lake City

Workday is a joke to work with and any company looking to use their services please look elsewhere. Trying to look for a job the past few months and everytime I come accross a company that uses Workday for their hiring process I immediately stop looking at that company. Trying to apply once is fine but after the second time they make you create a new account. Try imagining applying 40 times with different companies and having to create new individual accounts with new emails every single time. I don't know why they can't set up for individuals to have one account that then can access mulitple applications. I've heard complaints from companies trying to hire mulitple people for the same position too. They have to create mutliple positions for the same job and it become redundent and time consuming. If you are looking for a company to help with HR services, please, PLEASE!!! look anywhere else than Workday.
