David was AMAZING to work with. We originally wanted to sell our hime ourselves, due to the fact we didn’t live in it very long and didn’t feel we could really afford a realtor. We had SO many realtors reach out to us wanting to sell for us, who just seemed really aggressive in the wrong kind of way. We welcomed any evaluations they did and they always came back with less than we even owed on the house. I was confused why they felt it was so low when I knew what it appraised for.
David called and just seemed more interested in our family than making a quick sale, and we even met together and he was the only realtor that came prepared with examples and spreadsheets and estimated price per sq ft comparisons. I was very impressed he was so prepared and didn’t just say “I think your house is worth “x” amount” and left it alone.
We listed the house the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and got multiple offers by Black Friday, and were under contract at full asking price. Throughout the process, he kept us updated and informed.
