Mike and his Team at Axess Home Buyers has really gone over the top to help my brothers and I out. Our mother passed away recently and she left us with a lot of work. Her home hadn't been worked on for years and she and our late father left a crazy amount of stuff in the home, to the point it was just overwhelming. We didnt' have the money or the time to clean it or even fix the home, they helped us by buying it as-is. Mike and his partner Monica are such a blessing to us, I really can't imagine anyone else that would have been as patient and helpful as these two have been. The home had a reverse mortgage, and the bank was wanting to take the home, but Mike and his team helped us see that we have a lot of money in equity that would help out our family; In fact they even helped my brother find another home to move into and we were able to use the money from the sale of the home. We are so thankful and grateful for their service, I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to sell their home. Thank you again Tracy
