Behind the Glass Framery

Sonja, the sole proprietor, has done some beautiful framing for me in the past, but I can not recommend her anymore. She is unreliable and does not show up to work during her work hours that she states on her voicemail is Tuesday-Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-4 and then says, "See you then!" I have had difficulty in the past catching her at work but returned for more business because of the fine work she does, when she does it. Today, I drove 20 miles, one way, in traffic at 10:30 AM to find her doors closed once again. I even had a neighboring business owner call Sonja to tell her I was there, but Sonja didn't answer, nor did she return the neighbor's voicemail. After waiting 30 minutes for the return call then never came, I drove the 20 miles back and won't go back to "Behind the Glass Framery."

A bit pricey but the best quality. ill be back for sure
