I don’t usually write reviews but after multiple bad experiences I will be changing pharmacies. They always have big delays for whatever reason they claim that day, and I NEVER receive phone calls when they have problems with my prescription. I go to pick it up and they tell me then that they will have to order it it tomorrow. If they would have called and told me they were out I could have filled it elsewhere right away. They also ask if I “actually wanted” the prescription that had been submitted that day from my doctor. I finally got my prescription after 3 visits to the pharmacy. They also never call me to tell me when my prescription is ready or anything else that would keep me in the know. Overall, these problems could be fixed if they communicated better and were more respectful of my time.
