The male pharmacy tech with overgrown facial hair does not know a passport is not only a VALID government issued id, but acts like he controls the state supply of OTC cold medicine. Super cute boutique store with super ignorant pharmacy techs.

Never again. I came in to get a RX filled (compounded) and gave my insurance card to the pharmacist.. She informed me that insurance usually does not cover compounded prescrioptions. I suggested that PEHP (the Utah government employee insurance) has in the past. She claimed my card was only for dental when it clearly states "medical and dental discount. many dentists give discounts to PEHP subsribers). The card works in every other pharmacy. She claimed to have checked and couldn't find PEHP in her system to submit a claim. The amount of time she took to check I question whether she actually checked. She suggested I find another card despite other pharmacies using this card. I called PEHP and they said that the card I have is the one to get prescriptions. Very poor customer service.
