Because of Ben and his amazing work I was able to get into a home with very little $$$, he even helped me receive a grant for down payment/closing costs! I received a great rate and he made sure I understood the ins/outs of my mortgage. Ben truly cares about his clients, he was there every step of the way during the entire process. My wife and I refinanced our house in Ogden and thiswas a great experience. I was reserved initially because everything was handled online and over the phone but Ben Gerritsen, the main man, always answered my phone calls and always texted or emailed me back with answers to my questions.
