Tim is by far the best loan officer that I have ever worked with. Tim has helped me with multiple home loans, including refinancing, and my first one years ago where he made sure that I understood everything that I was signing and looking at. He took the time to sit down with me and look at options before moving forward. On top of all that, Tim is fast and so good at what he does. Tim has been an incredible loan officer - easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us get a loan to get into a condo in 2013, a new home in 2016 and this year we moved again and he actually connected me with another lender that could get me a better rate given my credit profile. He truly has the customers best interest in mind and he knows that with that approach he’ll be successful. He also set us up with a HELOC, that has come in really helpful on more than one occasion.
