I have the XR and my wife has the (iphone) 11. both got it 2019. during those years screen cracks multiple times, battery issues, etc. and been coming to iPhixit since. but on my recent visit the XR and the 11 was not worth replacing. So Spencer did the numbers and suggested we get a NEW XR and 11 bout the same price to save me from the ones the were really busted. Being that they told the truth and just didnt fix for me to keep coming back to keep fixing, i probably wont be seeing them for a bit cause i got a solid case too.
