We couldn't have asked for a better and more patient realtor than Ron. We were trying to buy a home during the Covid pandemic and because the market was so tight we had to view A LOT of homes and put in multiple offers. Ron was so helpful and patient. He is very knowledgable about the local market and gave us fantastic advice. We ended up finding our dream home and paid a very fair price. I would strongly recommend Ron to anyone.

Ron did a great job at finding the types of houses that would suit my taste and budget. He was flexible and very willing to meet with me on short notice to look at a property that had become available just hours earlier. He was all around, a great choice in realtor for my first buying experience in Utah. Having said all of that, the thing that impressed me the most was Ron's ability to research, and based on that research, write an offer that a seller would select over all other offers. I would highly recommend Ron to Northern Utah Homebuyers.

Ron's expertise was extremely valuable as we were moving from out of state. He truly listened to our wants and needs and expertly guided us in finding and puchasing our home. We only have good to say about Ron! He helped us sell our house and purchase a new one just under 2 years ago. We contemplated unconventional ways to sell and buy a home but Ron proved himself to be invaluable and we're so glad we chose to have a realtor. He was available to us at a moments notice and dealt with the issues that arose professionally and timely. We never felt that Ron was acting in his own interest. He was patient, allowing us space to make good decisions but he also had an uncanny sense as to when we had to move quickly. His advice was spot on. We attribute the quick sell of our home (at full price) and the purchase of a home that we love (that we barely snagged) to Ron Ogden.
