I think this is an insurance fraud as I've had multiple members of family on oxygen and for my grandfather after he passed away, it took
my grandmother over a year and then she just took in to them. Now for my dad he's been trying again for over a year to get them to take back and they just ignore him and don't callback and believe that both are charged monthly for equipment they have tried to return for over a year and returned. How they are in business I will never know.

I have been with long are now going on at least 6-7years now they have been so good to me & my driver Joe he's awesome when I've needed extra tanks he said call the office tell them you need more than 12. So I called now I get 16 tank to last me my week so I can still work. Thank you lincare

if i could leave 0 stars i would worst customer service and everything is your fault and never there's was charged for items that where never sent to my home i was also treated very rude every time i talked to someone in the company don't worry some one from out of the state calls you and you don't ever speak to some one in your area unless you complain woooooooooow terbale company

At first I thought Lincare was great, they got me my oxygen tank and concentrator same day from being discharged from the hospital, they even delivered it at 10 PM and I thought it was so cool and fantastic that they would do that so late. Well now I can't get them to pick up the equipment and they are still charging me for it. They are impossible to get a hold of and it always goes to an answering service who can't do anything but get a message to the Lincare oxygen center. I did get a voice mail once stating they would come by on a Tuesday, missed work to be there for their 8-5 window and they never showed.
