        I have asked them to fix an insurance claim which was misfiled, and instead of correctly putting it as preventive care, they put it as hospital services. I wasn't even in a hospital. I just got my regular bloodwork. And now that they continually screw up over and over, I owe hundreds more than I have for all of my other bloodwork which was the exact same service. I've asked them to fix it three times, and they somehow still screwed it up. So thanks for screwing me out of hundreds of dollars because you can't code something correctly.

        Anxious to send ANY and ALL to collections, apparently!! You see, that way they just hand over billing to another entity! Horrible!! Here on the phone call now 42 MINUTES and no idea if I'll speak with anyone!! Anywhere but here is what I will say after these experiences.
