I ordered a AC unit for RV. I changed the address in my choice, and changed/confirmed at the store it was suppose to go to, associate assured me. Ups didn't do as was set up and they say no change in their system(cause it's broken), then it was refused to be delivered to Apt address and instead of going to store they send it back to shipper now I have to wait more time cause UPS can't do anything right apparently... but the best part is they blame others like Me and the Seller. No one takes accountability like UPS, when it was THIER FAULT. YOU SUCK UPS!!!!
They will keep justifying and blaming others instead of accepting responsibility and they won't make it right, I had to take to fix their mistakes. Horrible parcel service, they should be shut down if this how they do business and treat customers... stop emailing me blaming me when it's your fault UPS! FIX YOUR BROKEN SYSTEM!!!

I dont know if its this locations problem, or if UPS is just incapable of customer service generally speaking. I hate them.
And before you give me some canned response about contacting you via social media, let me be very clear that I have no social media.
