FedEx SmartPost

Your computer is impossible to communicate with. My package was supposed to be delivered in 3-6 days and it will now be 3 weeks +!

This location DOES NOT accept packages. I wish FedEx or Google would make that clear.

My original package arrived at this location on Jan. 4 after already being delayed a week. I then called FedEx twice with no resolution, so I drove up to the facility a couple weeks later, and they said it was being transferred to the USPS that week. Two weeks later I asked the vendor to re-send the item and xpedite it. The item was supposed to arrive today with two-day shipping, but I got a notification that it will be delayed a week because it went to SmartPost yet again, rather than being delivered. Like others have said here, I wont use FedEx again and/or check who the shipper is ahead of time.

I ordered something online on December 20. The package came from Missouri and arrived in the Salt Lake City area on December 29. It has gone from Salt Lake to North Salt Lake multiple times. It's now at the Smartpost location in Salt Lake and has been since 2/4. At least I have a delivery date--2/17. WIll I get the package? I'm not holding my breath. Nearly 2 months. And their customer service is ridiculously inadequate. I could have walked my package from Missouri in less time.
