Charley Hafen left the country with a pearl necklace we had left with him to sell on consignment. He did not inform us that he was closing his store! What a flake! If anyone knows how to contact him I would love to know.

Charley is an artist and a professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about gemstones and diamonds and his work is perfection. Charley listens attentively and helps to you to create the best jewelry possible. This man has passion! He is a great asset to the custom jewelry world and I will continue to be a customer for life. If you have any hesitation in choosing Charley for your next custom jewelry project, don't. A year after Charlie making me a custom sapphire engagement ring, it still looks the same as the day I got it. He offers free appraisal for his creations and doesn't cheap out on the gold used in his products. You will not have to worry about wearing through the bottom of a ring if you chose Charley. Charley does work on multiple jobs at a time so you might have to wait for your custom piece to be finished, but I assure you the wait is well worth it. When I compare the craftsmanship of my ring to others in big box jewelry stores there is no comparison. I don't have to worry about rhodium plating my ring and the diamonds have not lost a bit of luster. All of the prongs in the setting have remained smooth and my ring is still pristine after a year of daily use. Thank you for this wonderful ring Charley!
