Seems Im not the only one dealing with the worst customer service ever. I cant even create an account to view and pay my bill. Way slower internet than advertised. For a phone and internet company they sure cant make their phones or internet work correctly, they should quit their day job.

Absolutely they worst service I have ever experienced in all of customer service type jobs! They can never get you to someone who actually can help you, their employees chuckle at you on the phone when your frustrated because they have hung up on you for the 4th time. They don't get you service on the days they say they are coming out to hook up service. I will do everything in my power to spread the word THAT NO ONE SHOULD ISE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Despite giving them about 10 opportunities to fix my Internet they never could get to the bottom of Wht it stopped working at times. Customer service hung up on me once. The Better Business Bureau when I filed a complaint offered to forward me to some senior level tech person who was the one who hung up on me. I gave them one last chance to give me a good contact number of someone who was competent when I filed the BBB complaint finally. But they couldnt even get that right. Arrogant and inept organization and people. So I switched to Utah Broadband - more expensive but also more competent.

Cut our Internet service in the middle of a meeting and they don't care. All they are willing to give us is a credit for one day of service. The liar "James" at the call center in Guatemala told us that the service was down because they were "improving" it and that it would be out for the rest of the day. It came on an hour later, but there is a global pandemic and they have to know that people are working from home and need uninterrupted service. You have oe job, Century Link: to provide the service we are paying for consistently. Zero stars (because it wouldn't let me post without at least one.)
