My kids learned more in 2 months at Elite Tumbling than they did in about 3 years at another gym in town. I can tell the owners and coaches really care about my kids emotional well being becuase they build my kids up rather than get mad at them to do the tricks. My kids love going there and I am very impressed with what they already learned.

I typically never write reviews, but this was so astounding that I felt I must. My child went in for his first day of summer camp in the millcreek location. Upon arrival, there was zero supervision because the staff was still opening boxes and getting ready for the day. The kids were told to play. After hearing two other parents voice their concern in leaving, I decided to stay for a few minutes. In the short time, my son was jumping on the two story trampoline and fell, he immediately started crying and holding his arm. I have a 7 year old boy who is a tough kid, but he was in so much pain. The owner came over as I was comforting him (her name is Jana) and instead of asking him if he was alright immediately accused him of purposely trying to jump on his head and followed up by saying there is no way you are hurt. There was no comfort at all. As I was leaving, she even came up to tell me that she even had a witness that said there is no way he was hurt. Sure enough he had fractured his ulna. He never returned to class due to his new found cast. we left a message letting her know that he would not be returning and we never heard a word from her, not even calling to check on him. In fact, she continued to charge us in his absence. We called a second time to let her know that his arm was broken and she actually accused of us of leaving her facility and purposefully breaking his arm to get her to pay. It is almost comical to think about any person breaking their own childs arm just to get her to pay the bill for the break. Wow. My husband is a physician and I have my degree in nursing, we are very reasonable people, but I am still horrified by our experience with her, but mainly shocked. She is a very heartless, unstable women and everyday people put their trust in her to take care of their children in their absence. Scary!
