This is the absolute WORST company ever!!!!!  DO NOT use this company as your security system to keep your family safe!!!!!!!!  I have had this system since May and nothing works.  You would be better off going with Simply Safe.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Customer service is awful, the camera quality is horrible, there was always an error on the security system and wrong reportings. I called several times to get these issues resolved and they would transfer me many times with no solutions. I called to see how much it would be to upgrade our system to higher quality cameras and they told me it would be around $800 plus installation for 2 new cameras. I decided to cancel at this point. They told me I have a 5 year contract, although on the phone they told me it was month to month and I could cancel at any time. I was stupid enough to not read the fine print of the contract. They said the only way to cancel is to pay 100% of the remaining time, yet they dont do anything to improve their poor service. Stay away from this company!!!

This company extended my contract when I called to complain that they raised my price in the middle of a contract. I never agreed to any kind of extensionthey absolutely make things up and lie. What kind of horrendous company has to lie to keep customers? Its such a waste of time now to go through the process of proving they are liars. STAY AWAY.

The worst home security company I have ever dealt with in my life it started out as Protectamerica from 2006 until 2 brinks took over and what a mess they wouldn't send out any new signs after they took over the company so I still have Protectamerica signs outside! The price went up twice since they've been my security company I went from $49-$57 I've been on the phone with them for five days trying to cancel this service I've been on hold from the time that they open till 5 o'clock when they closed and to no avail finally just today January 26, 2022 at 12:47 PM I finally got to speak with a human to cancel this service I wouldn't recommend them to secure my dog house. you can't cancel the service in a text message so it has been excruciatingly painful I've been on hold for days it's utterly ridiculous and I am so glad my business with them is done. Now I'm waiting on an email which should be immediate but I'm sure it's gonna take forever and you've got seven days to fill it out and send it back to make sure your account is canceled.. my advice find another company.
