I have been to several concerts at The Complex and they are usually pretty accommodating with seating me somewhere up close so I can still see while sitting in my wheelchair. Except the last time I came to a concert here, the guard rail for people standing was pushed up too close to the stage for me to get by where I normally do and that kind of made the experience much less fun than normal.

My wife, daughter and I went to see Our Last Night last weekend at The Complex. Unfortunately I got scammed out of our tickets by a third party seller. But, we went anyway hoping that something could be done. It was our daughters first concert, for her birthday, and her favorite band. It was a big deal to her. When we got there, we were surprised with the best customer service we've ever had. The whole staff treated us like we were the only ones going to the concert that night. Jordan, our hero, comp'd us his tickets so we could get in, meet the band and get in the front so our little lady could have the best concert of her life. My wife and I were literally blown away at how well we were treated. Jordan, and crew, you guys are amazing. Thank you so much! You made a little ladies life that night. Can't wait until we can see you next time! Rock on!
