Show was cancelled by the artist due to weather. We were refunded to ticket prices at face value. No fees were refunded. I was charged $4.86 per ticket! $8.50 for a venue reservation that Ill never see again even though the show never happened. Terrible policy.

Sadly, the fees are on par with LiveNation etc. and they will cancel shows last minute without any explanation or options, and then keep your 30% service fee during the refund.

The event was cancelled. They do not refund the service fees, which is fine, I understand, but they do not offer a credit for the amount on the service fees for a future purchase, which I believe is a bad policy. I understand wanting to retain those funds (which is why I think offering a credit is reasonable), but they have not earned the service fee.

Myself and two others were unable to attend a concert because of unreasonable Covid restrictions that had been put into to place right before the event. The other two people in my party emailed 24tix, and received full refunds immediately. I sent an email as well and received no reply for 3 days. I sent another email to customer service that I received no reply to for over two weeks. I sent a third email and finally received a short reply stating I would not be receiving a refund because of their policies. I could understand this, if the other two people in my party hadn't received refunds but they did. It's not even the refusal of the refund that prompted me to post this review, but that fact that I was ignored for over two weeks and it took 3 emails to receive a reply and also that they are keeping my money for a concert I was unable to attend due to circumstances out of my control.
