Criterium-Bernhisel Engineers

I reached out to Criterium because they has done an inspection on a home we were looking to buy. The report was very comprehensive and easy to read. I had a question about the report so I called and was helped with in the hour!!! I would highly recommend!!!!!!

Scott inspected a beam for us and did a great job. He was very thorough and took time to explain what was going on. His pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other engineers I spoke to. My husband and I are both real estate agents and we will definitely recommend him to our clients.

I am a local Loan Officer and I have a cash out refinance where the appraisal came in with a condition to have two chimneys inspected for structural integrity. This is never a good condition to get. I called Citeruim-Bernhisel and inquired about how soon they could get this done. It was Thursday and they said they could do it as soon as the following Tuesday. My client called them on Friday to schedule it and they had held the appointment time. Today inspected the chimneys and had the report back to me before the end the same business day. My client just called me and thanked me for the referral. Highly recommended.

Scott Bernhisel is very thorough.  His report details all the areas of concern and he has great suggestions for contract work. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable buying a new property.
