Michelle completely forgot about our scheduled interview and I waited over two hours for her. She then rescheduled the interview; at the end of said interview she stated, "I'd be taking a big chance on you because you had a large employment gap." I was a stay at home mother for three years - that fact does not make me an incompetent human being. It's one thing to be unprofessional and make me wait two hours for an interview with you, but it's a whole different level of low to insult and discriminate against me during an interview for being a mother.
