After assessing my situation, Din explained the problem clearly and simply and offered two solutions: a lower cost option and a higher cost option. My excellent experience started with the fast response to my online inquiry. I appreciated the easy, online appointment service - and the appointment was the very next day. The communication leading up to Dallas arrival was outstanding. He contacted me about 30 minutes in advance, and then arrived exactly on time. Dallas was knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. And polite. And just darn pleasant! He completed the garage door repair and explained what he had done, and why. Then he applied lubricant to all the hinges and springs - an extra I wasn't expecting.

I took a new deadbolt in to have rekeyed and the person that helped me was outstanding only took him about 3 minutes to do and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future needs.

Very easy to deal with ganero. Had a garage door that was unhooked and wasnt sure what was wrong. Got an appointment. They came out promptly. Gave an estimate on-site which was reasonable. Took one hour to get everything fixed. Very easy to deal with and highly recommended!
