Beanbag chair that said it was able to be dry cleaned was dry cleaned here. It came back matted with damp spots a little over a week later.
They said theyd make it right so they did it again. It wasnt really better- the tufts were still frayed. They then said theyd launder it, and to pick it up in a couple of days.
I came back in a couple of days, and they wanted me to speak to a different manage to see what I wanted done(?) they said they laundry it and contact me but I had to show up in person to have the process drag out longer.
They gave me a refund of the original cost of the dry cleaning. They pinned it on the manufacturer and they didnt take responsibility, because of course they didnt want to pay for a replacement. But I still had to buy a new bean bag from restoration hardware to replace it ($300).
I wont be going back.
