WARNING- ( I Would Not Go Here again) the pain and suffering this clinic and doctors inflicted on me was gross! The first doctor told me I didnt have MS even though she had not looked at any of my MRIs or read any of my medical records. FYI Ive been in extreme pain for over two years. Second Visit the Nurse practitioner pretended that she cared but in the end tried to push me off to another doctor/clinic. When finally arriving back home after the appointment I read The NP notes.. There was so much irrelevant and in adequate information that it amazes me that THEY should even be in this profession. It actually scares me that these kind of healthcare provider/doctors/NPs are taking care of people with disabilities.

Be on hold forever and talk to a child. Hire adults, competent adults. This is a place that deals with sick people having slow deliberated clear communications is a good thing.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star for the service Ive received. My referral was sent over 4 months ago and I havent heard anything. Ive tried calling countless times and my call is always put on hold and never answered. I cant wait anymore and so Ill be looking for help elsewhere.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My primary care physician sent a referral here over 2 months ago because I'm having tremors. I have called countless times and used their website to request an appointment. ONE TIME I got an actual person on the phone who put me on hold while she looked up my referral, then disconnected me. I have finally given up and am trying to find another doctor.
