Dr. David K. Knowlton, DDS

I just had my first visit here and had an extraction done. He did a extremely good job, it was fast and no pain at all. By far the easiest, best experience I've had for an emergency extraction. Thank you! -Darian Stanley

My dad use to take us here when I was in jr high or high school. I went here on my own in my early 20's. I quit going here due to the dentist punctuality issues. I decided to go back after almost 10 years. First visit I went to was a month ago. I had sent over xrays from another dental office. Office Manager was gone this day . Did not even print out my xrays for the dentist to look at it. He was about 20 minutes late to my appointment. I had to pull up xrays off my phone because he had no idea which tooth it was , I needing him to do a filling on. He was super fast . I scheduled back to do another filling today . I asked if I could fill out new paperwork since my paperwork is from 2007. In case their is a billing issue just so weird that they do not have patients update health history or address or anything. They did not seem to care. Office manager was gone again. So the assistant seated me I waited almost 45 minutes for him to decide to show up . He was fast and efficient. I went to check out and the assistant was the one to take my payment . It took her a minute to figure out my payment . I felt like she didn't know what she was doing . It just made me not feel very comfortable with the experience . If office manager is gone I feel she needs to have ample notes for staff so they know more on what to do .

I went to Dr. Knowlton after my, at the time, dentist stopped taking my insurance, which was a huge blessing in disguise. I found out I needed a root canal on a lower front tooth, because a resorption problem and my previous dentist said that he could not do the filling so I needed to pull the tooth; I didn't accept that answer. I heard how wonderful Dr. Knowlton was so I went to him for a second opinion and to start going to him for all my dental work. Dr. Knowlton said he could fill it, I got the root canal, and sure enough Dr. Knowlton filled the very challenging tooth and was nothing but kind the whole 1 1/2 hours it took to work on it. The only thing he said was, "that was more challenging than I expected". But even that was in a kind voice. The office staff was amazing, and they too treat me wonderful. I am not sure why everyone around is not going to Dr. David Knowlton! I can not give him, or his staff, less than 5 stars!
