We have just moved in to our new custom home built by Garden Gate Homes, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the whole project! These ladies really have an artist's eye when it comes to how a home should come together, right down to the smallest detail. Not only do you get a first-rate general contractor, you also get design and color advice, which is super-valuable. I think the thing that impressed me the most was the quality and responsiveness of the subcontractors that GGH lines up. These are the cream of the crop, and they all told me they really respect Carol and how she treats them, and they're willing to go the extra mile for her. I've built one other custom home years ago without GGH, and let me tell you, the quality and on-time work of your subs is everything. If they don't like your general contractor, or they don't get paid on time, you get slow progress and substandard results. Kecia is also a joy to work with. She keeps the project budget and interface with the banks in time and on-target. Between the two of them, we never had to worry about what comes next, or slipped dates, or...well, anything. If you are truly looking for your dream home and one that is built to last throughout time. This is the place you want to put your trust in. From our very first meet to discuss our idea of what we wanted. The perfect design, to the layout of the floor plan and placement on the lot we picked, they were there for us. My wife was able to sit with the design team; as she was promised the house of her dreams. Carol & Kecia seen to that! Yes, I had a budget that I placed on the whole outcome and they stayed true to it. We were involved all the way through and knew what was taking place and when. From helping with the drafts and and draws from the lending firm, Kecia was so experienced and had it down, this help make this a wonderful experience. Truly, we are given so many great comments on our home from those who have seen and visited us here in it. You won’t go wrong with the choice of have a Garden Gate Home built by Carol & Kecia.
