This location is not the largest of the Simply Mac locations, but it's my favorite. Maybe it's because it is one I've been going to the longest even when it was Mac Docs. The people and service are outstanding and I love their knowledge and their willingness to talk "All Things Apple." If you're near this location, definitely go in. Then you can get some great Thai food next door after to celebrate your recent Apple acquisition.

******* worst customer service ever!!!! *********** ***************NEVER GO HERE**************** f I could give this place less than one star I would! The customer service here is the absolute worst! Let me first tell you that I am a huge Fan of Apple. I have pretty much every product that they have put out. I have a Apple Tattoo on my arm. and I will never recommend anyone to go here. My Story starts is I was having an issue with My Mac. so I took it to the Apple store at the gateway. They ran a diagnostic on it and told me everything was fine but the hard drive had died and needed to be replaced. The apple store told me that they could replace the hard drive with only OEM parts and recommended that If I wanted to upgrade the hard drive while I'm at it to take it to Simply Mac. So I decided to upgrade to a terabyte hard drive. I took it in to simply Mac to try and just get a price quote on how much it was going to cost me to upgrade the hard drive to the terabyte. They told me that they wouldn't be able to give me a quote until they ran a diagnostic on it and it would take at least a few days. I told them that I was just at the apple store and they had already ran a diagnostic on it and said that it was just the hard drive. they insisted that they would still need to do there own. so I left it there. by the way they never mentioned anything about the diagnostic costing anything and nothing led me to think it would as apple does these for Free! They called me a few days later telling me it was going to be about $300 to $400 to replace out the hard drive... I told them no that I didn't want to go forward and would be in to pick up my iMac. When I got there I told the sales man that I was there to pick up the iMac. and he went and got it out of the back. He then tells me that it is going to be $50 for the diagnostic/bench test fee. I told him that this was not explained to me when I first brought in my iMac and that I had explained to the person that I was just wanting a quote and that Apple had already done the diagnostic on it and found that it just needed a new hard drive. I told him that since it wasn't explained that I refuse to pay it especially when Apple had already done the same diagnostic before I came in and told simply mac the results of it. No they refused. and this is the part why I will never be back here and will highly discourage anyone else to go to any simply Mac Store. The store rep then started yelling at me telling me that there was no way I could get my iMac back unless I paid the bench fee. I asked to speak with the manager. He went in the back and then came back and told me absolutly not they could not waive the fee. I again asked to speak with the store manager. He told me that the recent manager had left and the store currently didnt have a manager but he could call the district manager and see if they could. what was he doing in the back talking to himself?!?!?! So He went in the back again. came back said that he couldnt get a hold of the manager. so I asked him if I just buy the replacement hard drive from you at full price will you wave the fee.... He yells at me "NO!" after going back and forth for over a half hour and causing a scene in the store he finally got ahold of the manager who agreed to my solution of buying the hard drive and waving the fee. To add more insult to it as I am buying the hard drive the employee points his finger in my face as he gives me the drive and yells one last time. "THIS IS NOT RETURNABLE ONCE YOU OPEN IT" lucky for me I found a friend that owns his own iphone repair shot that was able to install the new hard drive for only $50. the iMac runs great and I only spent $120 total to get the new hard drive in instead of the $300 to $400 that simply mac tried to charge.
