        The lack of customer service for the company that they are is extremely disappointing. I love the coffee, hate the customer given vy the management and corporate office. It is ridiculously disappointing!!!!!!

        I went to get a Mr. Bs hot lg drink and when I was rung up the person at the register Shelby had me run my debit card and then told me that my card declined and so I paid with cash. The problem is that I asked for my receipt and stuck it in my pocket,so I could ask my bank what happened. But when I looked at my receipt it said approved on it. $6.55 plus tip x2 =13.10 for a cup of coffee ,and a tip. Thanx shelby. When I went back and said I wanted to speak to a mgr I was told I had no way to do that. ..
