Zipper Expert

I brought in an old pop up truck camper with a broken window zipper and they were able to fix it and bring it back to looking brand new. They even ironed out the window panel that was all crumpled from years of being folded up and now it looks great! They were quick and very kind, and I left with a smile. Thank you Zipper Expert!

Purchased a damaged jacket at REI and had the zipper repaired here. Ultimately they had to replace the entire zipper. The repair was more than I was thinking but after looking around, their price was very competitive. The staff was super friendly in store and on the phone. They had my repair done in 2 days and provided a friendly text reminder when I was done. They were very responsive as well via text. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat if I lived in the area.

Great service! I took my favorite backpack in to repair one of the zippers, along with a worn out one of the same model for spare parts. They fixed both! And when I asked how to keep the zippers running smoothly they handed me a piece of zipper wax. They will definitely be my first stop for future repairs.

They were able to repair a zipper that wouldn't close on a large instrument case I have. It was pretty short notice. They originally quoted me a week but were able to get it done the next day as I need to use the case on a daily basis.

Very friendly and fast service! They repaired 2 tent zippers and stitched a tear in the stuff sack that they noticed!
