Terrible experience with the Jensen Group; from the phone to the CPAs. They made commitments and did not follow through...even on simple things like returning a phone call when they said they would. They even hung up on me because they lady didnt have time. If they cant even honor a simple commitment like calling when promised, how can I trust they have integrity with my taxes?!?
Update...I was a customer and didnt use my real name. I was part of the acquisition of Fairbanks. Im sorry youre more concerned about identifying me rather than acknowledging a failure.

I have used the Jensen group for the past 7 years I have had great responses with all my needs always dependable to have all my questions answered quickly and efficiently. Brett and scott are awesome to work with and look forward to many more years of a relationship with this firm

The Jensen group has been unbelievable to work with. Not only are they extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, but they offer suggestions and provide information in a helpful way for your own specific business. I highly recommend this group for anyone!
