Do not go to this location. My husband and I went here over Christmas break to get knew phones and a new plan. The employees there pretended to know what they were talking about. We were asking questions about plans and deals on new phones. They told us we could get a plan that included payments of the phone and it would only increase our monthly payments by $30. They even gave us the calculation of what that would be (about &160). Come to find out later it was $30 per phone. Well it's too late to go back now. They also said we could not pay our phones off early or else we would lose the deal the plan was offering us. Turns out that that was false as well. The employees at this location are meat-heads. I have never had such a negative experience in any other customer service interactions before. (To top it off, they didn't know how to transfer our old phones' information to the new ones. My husband had to teach them.)

There was no wait time, the service was great, and their promotions are fantastic. Would recommend coming here, ask for Aiden!

Lost my stylus pen when I went to get a new sim card. I went back to see if they had it and the manager said this didn't happen. So he brought up a video of the exchange. We watched employee pressed the pen out when replacing the sim and didn't press it back in. Then because I didn't know the pen was unhooked I lost it. Manager still said thought it was my fault. They didnt offer to replace it. Still think that is on them when they showed a video of the employee unlocking the stylus pen.
