came in to change my old to a new phone. Utterly horrible experience, have to give a star though, although I would have rather not given a star at all. After waiting for 1.5 hours, my turn came to be serviced by a totally incompetent employee who was constantly asking the supervisor about instructions. It is just ridiculous that for a process that takes place ad nauseam (who 6 years or older has not replaced their phone) to go through this ordeal and not be automated or at least by appointment. After quite some back and forth we came to realize that I could change my phone because the screen has a small chip. Having kept my phone for a couple of years, I am assuming it is not entitled to any decorations. 2+ hours of my life wasted.

When I arrived I was quickly greeted by Jason. He assisted me with transferring my old phone info to my new phone. He made it look so easy. Jason has great customer service. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jason!

Where do i start with my frustrations. I went to this location from the Brickyard location because I needed to get new phone before my vacation. The brickyard was out of the phone i wanted so I ran to this location. The system went down. I stayed for 2 hours waiting and finally no longer could wait. I stated i would come back from Magna the next day to have them assist me. They took my information down and I left. I came the next day and they were still down. No one bothered to call me to let me know. I was unhappy and asked that they will still hold the phone when i get back. They informed me they would. So come in today and they sold the phone they had been holding for me. I ended up having to go back to Brickyard even thought they didn't bother to call and ask them if they had the phone there. SO I ended up having to have it mailed. waiting a week longer than i needed to. This is insane. I have been with you for 15+ years and have never had such a poor experience. This store needs help! The manager was a no show. The employees were new and had no idea what to do and the DM wasn't very helpful when they had to continue to call him. I am beyond frustrated that i spent and wasted so much time and gas. While I was being helped people weren't even greeted and finally just walked out. I am beyond unhappy!
