I used a $30 Groupon, which was advertised to be “DMV sticker renewal with a safety and emissions test.” I passed emissions no problem and then was charged another $140 for the rest of the fees. $170 total for a 2012 passenger car emissions and registration is very expensive. Others in the shop were also frustrated with the prices and lack of communication from staff. Services: Emissions testing, Registration renewal

Technician was fast but someone should teach the basics of customer service to the front desk person. Not coming back to this location

I manage a dealership shop that is sometimes overwhelmed. We send our overflow customers to Emission Time because they tend to be easy to work with and give us really good results.
