The Uah office specifically, is on an accelerated downward spiral under executives that refuse to address problem middle management and their impact on how to properly support employees to benefit the company as a whole. Under the current executives Utah administrators lack soft skills and diplomacy that perpetuates extremely unhealthy work dynamics. Look closely as the job vacancy this office specifically has. Talented employees never stay long. Obviously this directly impacts the quality for all clients. Even the response made to this review is PR to minimize this review. Your better off going elsewhere for now.

I have been using Eide Bailly for my small business and personal taxes since 2017. The service for the past two years has been TERRIBLE. I do not receive calls back, and the services that I request have not been performed. I am currently looking for a new CPA before the next tax season. I would not recommend Eide Bailly if you have a small business because you will probably be given second tier priority just like it seems I have. I feel I can't give them 1 star because the work that I can get them to perform is always very well done.
