I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this apartment complex, and I feel compelled to share my story. While I was away for the summer, I received a message from the manager notifying me that they had discovered bed bugs in my apartment and needed to conduct heat treatment. I understood the seriousness of the situation and reached out to the manager politely, asking for guidance since I was out of town. The manager informed me that she was waiting for a response from her boss and left it at that. I assumed they would take appropriate action to resolve the issue. However, when a friend of mine finally checked the apartment a week later, we were shocked by what we found. It appeared as though my apartment had been ransacked and robbed. All the drawers were left wide open, and belongings were strewn all over the floor. It was nearly impossible to walk through the apartment without stepping on something. To make matters worse, there were cracks on the walls, adding to the overall sense of neglect and disregard for my personal space. It is utterly unacceptable that management would allow such a violation to occur while I trusted them to conduct necessary pest control. The lack of communication and failure to address the aftermath of the treatment is inexcusable. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the complete disregard for my property and well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice. The sheer negligence, unresponsiveness, and disrespect exhibited by the management are beyond reproach. Your peace of mind, safety, and personal belongings are clearly not a priority to them. Save yourself the headache and find a place where your concerns and property will be treated with the respect they deserve.
