This place deserves negative stars. First they wanted a $1200 deposit. They called the place remodeled but when I moved in everything was just old, not remolded. I got a washer and dryer and put it in the kitchen by the hookups.. I had 2 hoses blow out before calling a repair place to be told its because the vent is clogged. I called maintaince again to be told its simply not in the budget to repair, and that even though I was paying for a unit with washer and dryer hookups I would have to simply do without.. I brought this up to the manager Dasha and was told that they simply could not find a vendor, and that the main reason was that they did not know which way the vents vented to. I was then told by Dasha that they cleared the clog and put a snake all the way through to the outside. I rehooked up a new vent hose and it broke to. After a bunch of back and forth I bought my own brush and pulled out enough lint to fill a 13 gallon trash can. Then I get told that the ESA letter they accepted would not be good enough and I needed to supply a new one. I did and I was told that "they simply did not take those letters" and I would need to provide a pet deposit and a pet rent. Upon move out they failed to notify their attorney that I moved out and instructed them to evict me even though I was not residing in the unit anymore. They charge for CAM but I did not see grass for an entire year, dumpsters always were overflowing. Drugs and loud music galore, and if you lose your job and ask them to work with you, your told their running a business not a charity. These people really should be thrown in jail for putting their profits over their residents lives....

Edit 02/19/24 Management has changed and is well behaved now. However, I ended up paying around $550 (concession +Late fee + other fees) for being late on payment on the 4th of a month and am not really happy about it. After barking at the property manager lady, (while giving her a cold shrug at the mention of her designation,) for failing to address the adding of my wife to the lease policy any earlier than April, 2021 and demanding an additional $45 application fee, she hangs, couple of weeks later, an unsigned leaflet on the door, a 3 day notice ,asking me to vacate on the 2nd of January if my wife fails to sign the updated lease policy emailed on the 31st of December by January 1st, 2022. My reaction: I guess that's the way of her saying Happy New Year! Is it the same way an European American gets treated as well? Anyways someone someday will perhaps teach you a lesson for such an attitude/treatment. (hint: may sue you for harassment) PEACE (Current Resident)
