Paiute Trailers

I bought a 6x10 'ATV' trailer made by Paiute Trailers in Salina, Utah from White Bro's Trailers in Nephi, Utah. I'm sure the sturdiness and overall quality of the trailer is great, but I sure wish they would finished the little things for their customers - I certainly would expect that from a new $1,500 trailer.
.I even called Paiute to ask about some of them and got nothing but a rude woman's grunts in return.
My complaints were:
1- Unfinished wood planking - I had to get the Water Seal and apply it.
2- No Tie-Down rings! C'mon, this is an ATV trailer! (they put 2x4 stake holders along the outSIDE of the trailer)
3- The spare tire holder has a couple of coarse thread bolts - too long for a lug nut wrench. (the lug bolts are fine threads so can't use lug nuts on the spare-and need a separate wrench that will fit inside the wheel)
4- A cute little license plate light, but nowhere to mount the plate ("just put it somewhere on the gate/ramp"). How many other vehicles have nowhere to mount the plates?!
I guess these are small things to a redneck that likes to build/rebuild stuff, but for $1.5K I would like a finished product. White Bro's did offer some hardware to attach the plate to the gate:)
